doctor versus doctor, nurse versus doctor, phD versus doctor, and admin versus doctor
Medical people insist the system, the institution, the politics are responsible for poor healthcare delivery. In a sense, yeah, that's true. BUT what comprises the system, the institution, the politics? Medical People
Medical people are just people. People cause problems for other people.
We are a problem, and we need to work it out.
So, improving healthcare delivery means improving how medical people deal with medical people.
Don't come here to belittle or whine. Come to think constructively, speak directly and act productively.
Bottom line:
We need to figure out how to get the job done without exhausting each other to do it.
